Shipping Information

 COVID-19 Shipping Update

Please expect delays for parcel deliveries due to COVID-19. We are still shipping all online orders as per usual but may experience some delays in receiving your parcels on time. Whilst these delays are out of our control, we are doing our best to keep everything moving from our end. You can stay up to date and find out more information by heading to Australia Post.

To deliver your products,  sydneyappliancestore uses Courier Please(larger and heavy item such as speakers..), Australia Post(Rice cooker..). The choice of carrier is dependent on product size and shipping address.

For your peace of mind, all deliveries require recipient signature as proof of delivery. All orders are shipped out 2-3days from the time your payment clears. Actual delivery times may vary depending upon the destination address. Please allow up to 3 to 5 days for your order to arrive from the time we dispatch your item. Please check the ETA date of item as shown on the listing to get a more accurate time of arrival.

From time to time we  may run shipping promotions. These promotions do not include products listed in our larger items and items shipped to NT & WA and TAS.

To ensure that your goods will be delivered safely, we require customers to
sign upon delivery. Leaving items at the door is NOT an option. Please
choose one of the delivery option FOR Your Delivery instructions:

Option 1: Provide us with your WORK ADDRESS if you are not able to receive item at your home (PREFERRED). Courier Please will be used

Option 2: Specify the days of the week you will be at home. If no-one is
available to receive the goods, the driver will leave a calling card at the
delivery address, asking them to call the local transport depot to organize
a re-delivery( within 7 Days) . Courier Please will be used

Option 3. We will deliver by AUSTRALIA POST, in a case where no-one is
present at specified address, Post man will leave a Card for you, the goods
can be collected by yourself from your nearest POST OFFICE at your

Refund and Returns

If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
