All Electrical good has a one year warranty. For any service requests under the warranty period, we require a purchase receipt.
What is not covered with the warranty:
- Inbound shipping fee and return shipping fee(sending your products from your home to our service center and shipping from service to your home. )
- Consumable parts such as inner pan, inner lid, gaskets, steam vent cap, dew collector, power cords, complete outer lids, complete outer caps, deep pans, glass lids and etc.
My warranty has expired but I need service. What can I do?
